Pizza
Ingredients
* 2 cup flour (may need to increase when kneading)
* 1 cup warm milk (45 *)
* 4/1 cup oil or butter or margarine
* 2 eggs
* 2 teaspoon yeast
* 2/1 teaspoon salt
* 2/1 teaspoon sugar
* 2/1 teaspoon thyme
* 2/1 teaspoon black pepper

Amounts of filler
* 2 cup mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese, grated
* 2/1cup olive slices
* 2 medium tomatoes, cut into small cubes
* 3 grains of pepper a large
* 2 medium onions
* any type of meat ( tuna - Meat - Chicken)
* 1 grain of pepper hot section is very small cubes (as desired)
Amounts of sauce
* 2/1 cup tomato sauce
* 2 minced garlic age
* 2 teaspoon thyme
The way
1. Mix dry materials with the exception of yeast and sugar in a cup and then dissolve then we add milk to the mixture before.
2. Keep the rest of the ingredients and consist Kneaded until a soft dough (using flour).
3. Let it ferment for an hour.
4. The way the sauce: mix ingredients well.
5. Single out a part of the dough in an oiled tray and then single out the sauce and then add the vegetables, meat and distribute.
6. Mozzarella Cheese cover it in a hot oven until cheese wanders
