Ingredients
1/2 kg leafy dough (puff Pastra)
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chopped pistachios
3/4 cup sugar
4 cup milk
25 grams or 1 tablespoon butter
teaspoon vanilla

The way
1. Fell short of puff paste Pastra well and then cut into four equal rectangles.
2. Bake the dough in trays in an oven temperature of 180 o (350 F) in the middle of the oven, until the swell pie and blush.
3. Mixed nuts with each other.
4. Rub buttered oven dish.
5. Rectangles cut a pie by hand into medium sized pieces and extend in the dish and sprinkle the surface with nuts.

7. Placed a layer of puff Pastra section on the face.
8. Boil milk with sugar and butter cream and a box on the fire, then pour in the dishes and put the dish in an oven temperature of 180 o (350 F) for 5 minutes and offer hot.
