Al sumaqea

Al sumaqea

 
Al sumaqea - dish known for its population of Gaza City, Palestine, and is on special occasions and holidays especially Eid al-Fitr.
Ingredients

* one cup of sumac
* half a kilo of meat (small pieces)
*
three teaspoons of Homs ( Chickpeas ) drenched love
*
two tablespoons of dill seed
*
a clove of garlic
*
2 Onions large
*
salt
*
pepper brown
*
a package of green chard
*
half cup flour
*
quarter cup tahini
*
green hot pepper (to taste)
*
two tablespoons of corn oil
 
The way

1. Fried onion and garlic in oil Crushed and add the meat and chickpeas, soaked and chopped chili pepper, salt, black pepper and dill seed (appointed locusts).
2. Add the chopped chard green to the mixture and then add the amount of water necessary for the maturity of the mixture.
3. Sumac leaves boil in a small amount of water for five minutes until the red color of the water, then drain and add water to the mixture.
4. Stir mixture constantly
al sumaqea non-stop with the addition of flour dissolved in cold water slowly while stirring.
5. Add the tahini until the amount of cohesion of the mixture with continued stirring.
6. Pour
al sumaqea in the dishes and leave to cool and be ready for submission with pickles and olives.
