Yellow rice with chicken and vegetables


Ingredients

*chicken breast cubes
*rice
*cubes of potatoes, carrots, zucchini
*slice fresh ginger
*cloves garlic Van
*2 onion's chopped
*grains of cardamom and cloves
*teaspoon (Turmeric - cinnamon - spice mixture)
*salt
*a little rose water

The way


1. Boiled chicken and add a pinch of salt and a little turmeric or saffron, cardamom, cloves and leave to simmer and set aside.
