Basbousa

Basbousa 
Delicious and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

 1 and 1/2 cup semolina
 1 cup vegetable oil
 1 cup coarse sugar
 2 eggs
 1 cup liquid milk
teaspoon vanilla
tablespoon baking powder
atom salt
diameter
For garnish
powder of coconut

The way

1. Mixed in a blender of: ( Vania sugar eggs oil), mix well until homogeneous.
2. In another bowl mix semolina,
powder backing and salt.
3. Add the egg mixture to the semolina mixture with the milk gradually mixing with continuous electric mixer.
4. Placed in a greased tray and into oven for 30 minutes.
5. After extraction of the oven is placed directly above
diameter then sprinkle by coconut.
6. Leave to cool slightly then cut into squares or as desired.
