Awwameh

Awwameh

Ingredients 

 1 cup flour
2/1 cup semolina
 1 and 4/1 cup warm water
 tablespoon starch
 tablespoon yeast
 a pinch of salt and sugar
 
Ingredients of Diameter

 2 cup sugar
 1 cup water
 half a lemon

The way

1. Attend diameter amounts put together in a pot on the fire and left to boil together. And shall be a heavy syrup.
2. Mixer beat all ingredients and let it ferment for half an hour.
3. Put heavy oil in a deep bowl and let dough is heated and then cut a small spoon and put them in oil until brown and then put them in a cold diameter.
