Crispy fried chicken

Crispy fried chicken


You must soak the chicken in the mixture for two hours at least, so you must prepare for this dish in advance.

Ingredients

Two chicken's skin removed and cut each chicken 8 pieces
*
egg
* 1
cup milk
* 1
cup flour
*
oil for frying
*
salt
* black pepper
* 2
age of garlic (optional)

The way

1. In a large bowl mix the egg and deep with milk, salt, black pepper and garlic Crushed or grated.
2. Add chicken pieces to mix with milk and the volatility of a well and put the dish in the refrigerator.
3. Leave the chicken pieces soaked in the mixture for several hours or overnight.
4. Put the oil in a frying cooker high enough to flood the chicken pieces and heated the oil very well.
5. Dip chicken pieces with flour and shake well by the excess flour, then fried on a hot flame until blush.
