Rice with vegetables


Rice with vegetables 
 
Rice with vegetables light eaters.

Ingredients

*
cup tall rice
* carrot center
* green onions
* cup grated cabbage
* 2
tablespoon butter
* 2
tablespoon corn oil
* 2
cup water
 
The way

1. Wash rice and soak about half an hour.
2. Fry the onion and cut in oil and add it, then add grated carrots and grated cabbage Fry, stirring five minutes and add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Add butter and turn the well, then add rice and stir until it becomes golden brown.
4. Add water and stir for ten minutes on high heat and then placed over low heat for a quarter of an hour and health and well-being.
